Security - for your peace of mind all transactions on this site that contain your credit card details and other personal information are protected by an industry standard secure server.
For the technically minded, we use SSL3 (128 bits) for browser to server data transfer and PGP for data transfer between the server and our premises in Galway. We do not store any information relating to customer personal information on the server in plaintext format.
Realex Payments - realexpayments.com are a bank approved payment services provider and operate a payment processing exchange. realexpayments.com act as a data processor for Fallers to ensure our customer get the best service. All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption, which is the industry standard.
We also use an additional credit card Security system called 3D-Secure. This system requires verification of the credit card used thereby enhancing credit card security for the card-holder.
Privacy - Fallers promise not to disclose any information relating to customers to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. In addition, we will not use your email address for any purpose other than essential communications relating to your order, unless you express an interest in receiving details of special offers and so on.
Returns - Customers who are unhappy with our merchandise for any reason may return these goods for exchange or refund provided that they are returned in their original condition and in accordance with the returns procedure within 30 Days of receipt of the goods.
If you receive damaged goods or wish to return goods for exchange or refund, you MUST notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Form. Returns sent back to us without the accompanying Returns Form (fully completed) will incur a return processing fee and where refunds are sought, a full refund may not be paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred.
Order Policy - Receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify Order acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of our Offer to Sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason, and may in certain circumstances request additional information before accepting an Order.

Delivery - Most Jewelry orders will go out by the chosen method within 5 days unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order, in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date.
Please note that most Wedding Bands and Gold Stone Set Rings are made to order which can take between 3-4 weeks.
All non-jewelry orders are delivered by mail. This varies depending on the destination country, but is generally between 2-6 weeks. We will email you once your order has been processed with an expected delivery date.
Prices - Prices are quoted in either EUR, USD or GBP – we automatically set the currency based on your location, however you may manually change your currency using the "Change currency" link at the top of the page. Prices of products being shipped within the EU are inclusive of VAT at 21%.
Shipping costs for Giftware items are not included in the Order Total (with the exception of the USA), so you will be notified by email of these costs once your order has been received. Your authorization on these charges will be necessary before your order will be processed.”
