PayandShop - payandshop.com are a bank approved payment services provider and operate a payment processing exchange. payandshop.com act as a data processor for Fallers to ensure our customer get the best service. All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption, which is the industry standard.

Privacy - Fallers promise not to disclose any information relating to customers to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. In addition, we will not use your email address for any purpose other than essential communications relating to your order, unless you express an interest in receiving details of special offers and so on.

Returns - Customers who are unhappy with our merchandise for any reason may return these goods for exchange or refund provided that merchandise is still in its original condition and is returned within 45 days. If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately at info@fallers.com before returning the goods and we will be delighted to help you in every way possible.

Delivery - Most Jewelry orders will be delivered to your door by Fed-Ex within 7 days, unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order. In which case we will email you to let you know the expected delivery date.

All other orders will be delivered via UPS within 4-6 weeks, subject to availability. Faster delivery within approximately 2 weeks is available upon request for an extra charge, subject to availability.

Prices - All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are inclusive of shipping costs.

Prices are exclusive of VAT which must be paid if items are purchased within the EU. In this case we will email you with the new price details for your order.
