Delivery - Fallers Jewellers in Galway
Shipping -
The delivery methods and costs shown on this website apply to the USA. Delivery to any other part of the world may vary in method and costs. Please email us here in Ireland at info@fallers.com or phone us at 00353 (0) 91 561226 or USA Freephone 1800 229 3892 for further details.
Jewellery items are sent by Registered Post via An Post or FedEx and must be signed for delivery. All orders are subject to availability and many of our products are made to order. If the item is available then Jewellery orders will go out within 5 days unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order, in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date once we process your order. Items made to order can take from 2-5 weeks to make up.
Delivery by Mail usually takes approx 1-2 weeks but can be longer. Delivery by FedEx usually takes approx 2-5 days.
All non-jewellery orders are also subject to availability and may need to be ordered in for you. We will email you once your order has been processed to let you know when your order will be going out to you and an estimated delivery date. All non-jewelry items are shipped by freight and then delivered by signature delivery. This usually takes approx 2-5 weeks for delivery once shipped. (Please note that all shipments have to go through customs and we can take no responsibility for any delays as a result of hold-ups in customs).
Shipping Charges -
Shipping prices displayed are for shipping to USA and other select parts of the world. Shipping charges to anywhere else in the world may be different so please contact us at info@fallers.com for appropriate costs.
On some occasions shipping charges may not be given when ordering and you will be informed that you must be quoted for shipping costs. In this instance we will email you once we receive your order with the approriate cost. Your authorization by email and payment of these extra charges will be necessary before your order will be processed.
