	Harp Pendant In 14K Gold 14K Gold Harp Pendant The Harp along with the shamrock and the Claddagh is one of the three most recognised Irish symbols. The Irish Government has the symbol of the harp as its signet on all their official documentation and all government departments. The harp is used on state seals and on the collar of Irish state uniforms. Henry VIII was the first to put the symbol of the harp on the coinage of his Irish feudal state around 1537. When the Irish Free State was formed in 1922 they continued with the harp on the reverse side of the coins and this was continued when the Euro was introduced in 2001.
