In the following paragraphs we hope to answer all questions that you may have regarding our site policies, site security and other information about us. Thank you for visiting our Website www.fallers.com. This website has been developed for our USA customers, in particular North American customers. With this in mind all prices are displayed in USD and without Tax for your convenience. Shipping methods and costs are also displayed as appropriate for delivery to North America so the prices you see displayed are the prices you pay, no hidden charges or costs* (*Exceptions may apply).

Please note that if you choose to pay in USD and want delivery inside the EU then we will bill you separately for the Tax as this must be paid within the EU.  This tax invoice must be paid before we can proceed with your order.

All items are shipped from our store here in Galway, Ireland direct to you in the USA.

Security -

For your peace of mind, We do not store any information relating to customer personal information on the server in plaintext format. We also do not store any credit card information.

 

Payment -

Payment Security ControlsTo protect our customers, we reserve the right to request certain personal information such as copy of ID and credit card used for payment in order to confirm your order payment. Please note that this verification, including verification of amount availability for payment will also be made by the financial institution that issued the card or PayPal where used.

1. Realex Payments

realexpayments.com are a bank approved payment services provider and operate a payment processing exchange. realexpayments.com act as a data processor for Fallers to ensure our customer get the best service. All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption, which is the industry standard.

We also use an additional credit card Security system called 3D-Secure. This system requires verification of the credit card used thereby enhancing credit card security for the card-holder.

2. Paypal

If you choose to use Paypal for payment please see www.paypal.com for info on the service they provide.

 

Privacy -

Fallers promise not to disclose any information relating to customers to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. In addition, we will not use your email address for any purpose other than essential communications relating to your order, unless you express an interest in receiving details of special offers and so on.

 

Shipping -

Jewelry is shipped to the USA either by FedEx or Mail. Please note we can only ship Jewelry by Mail if the item costs under $100USD, otherwise YOU MUST CHOOSE FEDEX shipping. Your order will not be shipped if Mail is chosen for an order which comes to $100USD or over.

 

Most Jewelry orders will go out by the chosen method within 5 days unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order, in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date once we process your order.

Wedding Bands, Gold Stone Set Rings and some other jewelry are made to order which can take between 3-4 weeks.

 

All non-jewelry orders are freight shipped from Ireland to the USA and then delivered by mail. This generally takes between 2-6 weeks. We will email you once your order has been processed to let you know when your order will be going out to you and an estimated delivery date.

 

Returns -

Customers who are unhappy with our merchandise for any reason may return these goods for exchange or refund provided that they are returned in their original condition and in accordance with the returns procedure within 30 Days of receipt of the goods.

If you receive damaged goods or just wish to return goods for exchange or refund, you MUST notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Form. Returns sent back to us without the accompanying Returns Form (fully completed) will incur a return processing fee and where refunds are sought, a full refund may not be paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred.

 

Order Policy -

Receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify Order acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of our Offer to Sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason, and may in certain circumstances request additional information before accepting an Order.

 

Delivery -

Prices -

Prices are quoted in USD and exclude VAT as the product prices displayed are those applicable to our customers based in North America to whom this website is targeted.  If items are to be shipped anywhere else than North America then please contact us at info@fallers.com for appropriate prices as they may be different. 

 

Description, Images and Availability -
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, measurements and descriptions of Products given on this Website are as accurate and complete as possible but on occasion there may be variations between these and the Products themselves.

Please note that product images used throughout the site are for illustration purposes only and while we do our best to show products exactly as they are, we cannot guarantee that all products will match images exactly due to photo constraints and/or alterations in product designs.

All Products are subject to availability.

 

Shipping Charges -

Shipping prices displayed are for the USA only.  Shipping charges to anywhere else in the world may be different so please contact us at info@fallers.com for appropriate costs.

On some occasions shipping charges may not be given when ordering and you will be informed that you must be quoted for shipping costs. In this instance we will email you once we receive your order with the appropriate cost. Your authorization by email on these charges will be necessary before your order will be processed.
