Thank you for visiting our Website www.fallers.com. This website has been developed for our home market, hence our Irish customers. With this in mind All prices are displayed in EURO and including Tax for your convenience. Shipping methods and costs are also displayed as appropriate for delivery within Ireland  

Please note that if you choose to pay in USD and want delivery inside the EU then we will bill you separately for the Tax as this must be paid within the EU.  This tax invoice must be paid before we can proceed with your order.

Security –

For your peace of mind, We do not store any information relating to customer personal information on the server in plaintext format. We also do not store any credit card information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password chosen by you when you registered on our Website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

Payment –

Payment Security Controls:  To protect our customers, we reserve the right to request certain personal information such as copy of ID and credit card used for payment in order to confirm your order payment. Please note that this verification, including verification of amount availability for payment will also be made by the financial institution that issued the card or PayPal where used.

1. Realex Payments

realexpayments.com are a bank approved payment services provider and operate a payment processing exchange. realexpayments.com act as a data processor for Fallers to ensure our customer get the best service. All transactions are protected using 128-bit SSL encryption, which is the industry standard.

We also use an additional credit card Security system called 3D-Secure. This system requires verification of the credit card used thereby enhancing credit card security for the card-holder.

Privacy –

Fallers promise not to disclose any information relating to customers to any third party for marketing or any other purposes. In addition, we will not use your email address for any purpose other than essential communications relating to your order, unless you express an interest in receiving details of special offers and so on.

Shipping –

Jewellery items are sent by Registered Post via An Post and must be signed for delivery. Most Jewellery orders will go out within 5 days unless the item is out of stock or has to be made to order, in which case we will email to let you know the expected delivery date once we process your order.

All non-jewellery orders are delivered by either An Post or via Courier. Either method requires signature delivery. We will email you once your order has been processed to let you know when your order will be going out to you and an estimated delivery date.

Order Policy –

You must not order Products via this Website if you are younger than 16 years of age.

All Orders are subject to acceptance by us and are subject to availability. Receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify Order acceptance, nor does it constitute confirmation of our Offer to Sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at any time for any reason, and may in certain circumstances request additional information before accepting an Order.

After placing an Order, You will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received Your Order. Please note that this does not mean that Your Order has been accepted. Your Order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us and We will confirm such acceptance by emailing you confirmation of shipping.
You may cancel a Contract and obtain a refund by notifying us in writing and returning the Products as set out in accordance with our Returns Procedure below.

Returns –

Customers who are unhappy with our merchandise for any reason may return these goods for exchange or refund provided that they are returned in their original condition and in accordance with the returns procedure within 30 Days of receipt of the goods.

If you receive damaged goods or just wish to return goods for exchange or refund, you MUST notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Form. Returns sent back to us without the accompanying Returns Form (fully completed) will incur a return processing fee and where refunds are sought, a full refund may not be paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable and please note that where exchange of goods is required, additional shipping charges may be incurred.

Please note these terms and conditions apply to items bought online only.

Please note that items purchased online CANNOT be returned or exchanged in the shop itself, they must be returned via the procedure stated above.

Prices –

Prices are quoted in EURO and include VAT at 23% as the product prices displayed are those applicable to our Irish customers to whom this website is targeted.  If items are to be shipped anywhere else than Ireland then please contact us at info@fallers.com for appropriate prices as they may be different.

Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only and may differ in-store.

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may on occasion have to be altered. If this occurs, we will email you to notify you of these changes and request you to reconfirm your Order at the altered price. By notifying you, we shall be entitled to cancel any Contract in whole or in part to the extent that it is for the purchase of a Product the price of which was stated incorrectly on the Website.

Shipping Charges 

Shipping prices displayed are for shipping to Republic of Ireland  only.  Shipping charges to anywhere else in the world may be different so please contact us at info@fallers.com for appropriate costs.

On some occasions shipping charges may not be given when ordering and you will be informed that you must be quoted for shipping costs. In this instance we will email you once we receive your order with the approriate cost. Your authorization by email and payment of these extra charges will be necessary before your order will be processed.

Description, Images and Availability –
We take all reasonable measures to ensure that details, measurements and descriptions of Products given on this Website are as accurate and complete as possible but on occasion there may be variations between these and the Products themselves.

Please note that product images used throughout the site are for illustration purposes only and while we do our best to show products exactly as they are, we cannot guarantee that all products will match images exactly due to photo constraints and/or alterations in product designs.

All Products are subject to availability.
